Social contribution activities

We consider "social contribution activities" to be one of our corporate responsibilities to the communities in which we do business,We are engaged in a variety of activities.

Earth Day event: Tree planting and cleanup activities

As part of Komatsu's 100th anniversary commemorative project "Social Contribution Activities with Employee Participation," we planted trees and picked up fallen leaves and garbage from ponds and waterways in Nanto City Rural Park on Earth Day, April 22.

Collaboration with Neighboring Neighborhood Associations

Continued "Flower Road" flower planting activities in collaboration with the neighboring Nojiri-Komura Community Association since 2018.

Support for people with disabilities

The employment rate of persons with disabilities has improved significantly as a result of the development of employment measures for persons with disabilities, and the employment adjustment funds received were used to donate to support schools that have a track record of hiring persons with disabilities.

Early childhood education support

Donated "picture books/Komatsu Millet Works" and "unused towels/Nadeshiko Volunteer Activities" to Nanto City as part of support for early childhood education.
