NIPPEI TOYAMA Corporation was created from the merger of Toyama Machine Works, Ltd. and Nippei Industrial Co., Ltd.
1992
NIPPEI TOYAMA EUROPE GmbH was established in Germany.
1996
Joint venture with DALIAN BOHAI MACHINE TOOLS to form DALIAN BOHAI NIPPEI MACHINE TOOL Corporation. ( Now renamed YIDA NIPPEI MACHINE TOOL Corporation ).
1997
Multi-Wire Saw MWM444B won SGE Technical Development Award, and Technology Prize by the Japan Society for Abrasive Technology.
2000
NIPPEI TOYAMA India Private Limited was established in INDIA
2003
Established NIPPEI TOYAMA SHANGHAI TRADING Co., Ltd. in China as a sales company.
2004
Established NIPPEI TOYAMA ( THAILAND ) Co. Ltd., in Thailand as a sales company.
2005
Ultra Fine Machining Cell Zµ3500 awarded "Technology Prize" of Precision Grinding Society.
2006

Ultra Fine Machining Cell Zµ3500 awarded "Japan Brand Prize", the 36th Machine Industry Design Prize.

New Training Center built in Toyama.

Ultra Fine Machining Cell Zµ3500 awarded "Good Design Award 2006" .

2007

Established Komatsu NTC(Changzhou) Semiconductor Equipment Co.,Ltd. in China as a sales company.

2008
Joined in KOMATSU Group ,and changed company name to KOMATSU NTC Ltd.

Komatsu Machinery Corporation merge.

DSK Corporation merge.

NTC America Corporation integrated into Komatsu America Corporation. Added NTC DIVISION

2015

Taiyo Engineering Corporation merge.

Lossev Technology Corporation merge.

Komatsu Industries Mexico S.A.deC.V. was established in Mexico.

Added NTC DIVISION to PT. Komatsu Marketing and Support Indonesia

YIDA NIPPEI MACHINE TOOL CORPORATION becames a wholly owned subsidiary and changed its name to KOMATSU (DALIAN) MACHINE TOOL CORPORATION.
