Design and manufacture of jigs

  • In addition to durability and reliability, design and reproducibility that take workpiece changeover into consideration are important. In addition, all of these elements, including interlocking and synchronization systems with conveyor systems, are integrated into a single system at a high level.

Various detection and inspection functions

  • We design and manufacture systems to prevent mounting errors and outflow of out-of-spec products. We also design and manufacture our own inspection equipment for workpiece dimensional measurement before and after machining to improve synchronization and coordination accuracy.

Confirmation of workpiece trial processing quality

  • We perform trial machining and adjustment before system delivery to ensure the quality of the system. Komatsu NTC has the industry's top-class system installation space, which enables us to check all linkages without dividing the line, facilitating smooth start-up after system delivery.

  • We propose the optimum conveying configuration based on our extensive track record. We can design and manufacture products for the conveyance of sheets at ultra-high speed, large parts, long parts, etc., according to the contents of the process.
