High area productivity by six-sided machining with two heads and one chucking 

 

  • Our advanced technology enables high-efficiency machining of large aluminum components—such as GIGA castings—by performing six-sided machining with a single chucking operation. Combined with high-speed feed and a compact footprint, it significantly enhances area productivity. 

Main features and specifications

Equipped with Twin Universal Heads

  • High flexibility is achieved through the use of independently controlled right and left spindles, combined with a universal head. This configuration enables efficient one-chucking machining from both sides and supports complex multi-angle hole processing.
     

Movable 360-degree tilting rotary table

  • The lattice-structured rotary tilt table offers 360-degree rotation. In addition, Y-axis movement of the tilting unit enables easy rear-side machining with long tools.
     

High rigidity ＆ Fast feed

  • X, Y and Z axis are designed for high rigidity and high-speed operation, utilizing a linear guide and ball screw drive. This machine offers optional scale feedback and ensures high-rigidity machining across the entire machining area.

High area productivity

  • By adopting a tandem structure of the Y-axis and tilting axis, this machine achieves both high-speed performance and a compact design. Its space-saving configuration facilitates easy installation, while efficient machining enhances high area productivity.
