  • In 2001, we introduced the Orbit crankpin grinding machine. Since then, we have increased the static and dynamic rigidity of the machine, and have also concentrated on the heat source, chip control, synchronization, stable structure, and other elemental technologies necessary for high precision. We support production with high reliability and technology.

     

Main features and specifications

NTG-CKS2

  • The NTG-CKS1 is a two-head grinding machine. Gauges are monitored during grinding to maintain high accuracy. The machining chamber is separated to conserve coolant.

NTG-CK45125

  • The grinding wheel spindle is made of hybrid bearings for high speed and high rigidity. The left and right drive shafts are rotationally synchronized and controlled by servo synchronization to achieve stability and flexibility.
