High-Precision Positioning

  • The wheel head infeed uses NTC's unique hydrostatic slide and linear motor drive, combined with the NTC roundness correction system, to enable high-speed, high-precision profile grinding with reduced vibration.

High-reliability grinding wheel

  • The grinding wheel bearings utilize NTC's original hybrid hydro-static bearings with no metal contact, ensuring high rigidity, vibration suppression, and high stability.

Full automatic CNC workrest

  • All journals are automatically measured to prevent deformation of heavy shafts, and the CNC workrest is set to the optimal position.
    It can be adjusted to suit the characteristics of the shaft, improving operability and setup.

High productivity and user-friendly with double wheel head

  • Double wheel head enables flexible grinding such as simultaneous grinding of pins and journals. Besides, the automatic measurement function, correction system, and grinding status monitor support the operator.
