Please note the following precautions to use our machines safely.
・To prevent the occurrence of safety problems (smoking, ignition, electric shock, etc.) due to
damage or age-related deterioration of cables and flexible hose bends in such machines,
please conduct pre-startup inspections and periodic replacement.
・If damage is found on the exterior, first check the condition of the wiring (possibility of sparks)
and surrounding combustible materials to ensure that a fire will not occur.
・Please replace subject parts as soon as possible. Regardless of the condition, in case 10
years or more have passed since the installation of our machines, such machines should be
inspected and replaced with new cables and flexible hoses as soon as possible from the viewpoint of age-related deterioration.
Please refer to the instruction manual and follow your company's safety work rules when performing pre-startup inspection and periodic replacement.
