As part of our ongoing efforts to improve productivity through daily communication with customers, we will be implementing a specification change to the taper blow hole on the spindle taper flange. This change is intended to address clogging issues at the spindle end nozzle. Please find the details below:

• Subject Machine：#40 Machining center

• Changes：The current taper blow hole φ1 changes to φ2 at taper flange of our #40 Machining center.

      ※There will be no impact on peripheral components, as the new specification is fully compatible with the current design.

         This change is expected to deliver the following benefits:

        ・Improved prevention of spindle end face nozzle clogging

        ・Enhanced workability for nozzle cleaning

        ・Reduced machining defect rates caused by chip jamming

• Schedule：We will implement this change to the spindle taper flange in sequence.Sales of the current taper flange will end on April 30th, 2026.

　Please note that after this date, all related assembly parts will be supplied with the improved taper flange.
