  • With every application by purpose, Komtas can make program settings and feature collections automated. High-speed data collection by 1msec and Data Cleansing

  • High speed data collections enable you to monitor a subtle machining change up to tips of multi-blade tools. Then, those cleansed data of the machining processes or the whole lines are mechanically converted to each application language which is understandable to operators, helping them decide the next action.
     

Make the machining conditions visible to operators, sending those data into NC

  • Once an operation process is completed, the process calculation results are shown at once. By setting the abnormal thresholds as well as notification address, Komtas gives abnormality warnings to NC, which help you stop consecutive failures in your production. 
     

Detect abnormal data

  • Komtas can be particularly helpful for someone who doesn't know what to do, even though they want something in preventive maintenance or in detection of process abnormalities.
