Official Announcement of Changes in Representative Directors

We are pleased to announce that, at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 18, 2026, the Company approved the appointment of a new Representative Director, effective April 1, 2026, as detailed below.

１．Reason for the Change

To strengthen and enhance the company’s management and executive structure.

２．Details of the Change (Effective April 1, 2026)

Mr. Masaaki Takahashi will step down from his current position as Representative Director, President, and CEO and assume the position of Director.In addition, Mr. Yuichiro Takeda will be newly appointed as Representative Director, President, and CEO, succeeding his current role as Director and Executive Vice President.Mr. Takahashi is scheduled to retire from his position as Director upon the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which is expected to be held in June 2026, upon the expiration of his term of office.
