We register each machine number with the customer.

We would appreciate it if you would kindly change the name and location of the owner of the machine.

By registering as a customer, we will provide the following services in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations to support our customers so that they can use our machines safely and securely for many years to come.

• Issuance of a report of compliance (for a fee)
• Inquiries and consultation regarding repairs, operation, and supply parts
• Issue password for transfer detection
• Provide quotation and supply of supply parts and information on discontinued parts
• Support for periodic maintenance and on-site repair work (for a fee)
• Sending of operation and maintenance materials such as operation manuals (for a fee), etc.
