  • By connecting a single LAN cable to the NC, you can monitor the condition of the cutting tool with your own application without any skill. 1 msec high-speed logging and data cleansing

  • High-speed logging is essential to monitor minute changes in the state of each cutting edge during processing. Then, by cleansing the acquired data, it is converted into the necessary information for each application and immediately visualized to assist the operator's next action.

Visualization of tools and notification to NC

  • Once machining of the specified tool is completed, the calculation results are instantly displayed. By setting an optional "threshold," an error line, in advance, the system detects and notifies the NC of the error. This is useful for preventing the continuous unnecessary.

Historical data comparison application

  • When abnormalities in processing or unusual noises/changes are detected, they can be easily analyzed and compared with the normal data accumulated in the past. When? What changed, when, and how? and help to identify the cause.
